One of The Circle's five major public authority organizations. Primarily responsible for scientific research, technological advancement, and the development of countermeasures against Anomaly/Esper threats.

Areas of Responsibility

• Technology R&D — Creating tools and equipment for Anomaly handling.
• Scientific Analysis — Investigating the fundamental nature of Anomaly/Esper power.
• Safety Engineering — Designing protective gear and containment solutions for field use.
