One of The Circle's five major public authority organizations. Primarily responsible for intelligence gathering, Anomaly data analysis, and the management of sensitive information regarding Esper phenomena.

• Intelligence Analysis — Monitoring and interpreting global Anomaly activity patterns.
• Data Archiving — Maintaining the comprehensive records of all known Anomaly occurrences.
• Strategic Advisory — Providing actionable insights to other Circle authorities.
