A biker gang that runs rampant through the streets of Hethereau. To them, provoking vehicles, speeding violations, and destroying public property are all child's play. The Anomaly Headless Rider serves as the spiritual leader of the entire organization. Its Agents, the Four Heavenly Kings, regularly distribute the Rider's fuel to their members: the racing Psyche of those defeated in late-night street races.
