Most Anomaly Commissions on the market are organized and publicly released by the Anomaly Hunter Guild. Among the Commissions published by the Guild, in addition to requests submitted by ordinary people and Commissions assessed and established by internal Guild personnel, there may also be outsourced Anomaly Commissions designed to relieve the workload of the five major public institutions. Commissions published by the Guild use standardized Commission contract forms; but for direct Commissions, each civilian organization or individual can set them according to their own standards.
